Program Description:

Spanish Language & Chilean Culture

Immerse yourself in the charm and coastal energy of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, Chile—a vibrant city of hills, murals, and cultural flair. Strengthen your Spanish language skills during your winter break in this intensive language program.

Program highlights

Take two Spanish language courses over three weeks at the renowned Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV)
Courses are taught by experienced local professors alongside international classmates, building your skills in a collaborative, immersive setting
This program is designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced Spanish speakers
Viña is known for its modernity and beautiful beaches, while Valparaíso is a historic port city covered in tasteful graffiti art
As part of your program, you will visit Pablo Neruda’s oceanside home, explore the fascinating Museo Fonck, and practice your Spanish with local students
