Program Description:

SIT Study Abroad: Switzerland: Global Health and Development Policy

Explore global health issues and compare public health systems through the lens of development, humanitarian action, human rights, and social justice. Based in Geneva—the world capital of public health—you’ll learn from experts at leading organizations through lectures, site visits, and briefings. Meet professionals from institutions like the World Health Organization, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and Médecins Sans Frontières while deepening your understanding of policy and practice in global health

SIT has given an average of over $1.3 million in scholarships and grants to SIT Study Abroad students in recent years and is committed to ensuring you have the information necessary to apply for such funding. Our program costs include academics, excursions, accommodations, airport transfers, and health insurance. Meal arrangements vary by program.
